This has been the best Hotel experience, being met at the front desk with great smile and a warm welcome. The cookie was a great touch in it’s own envelope sealed with a golden emblem “Carmel”.
Met and chatted with Mr Greg over the dining rooms complimentary hot breakfast, (delicious) guests chatting it up about what they had been doing. About the people of this area, the history & what pamphlet to have. The employees are kind friendly always..we felt like a family…
Whether sitting beside or taking a dip in the pool, or touring around the beautiful town. Mr Greg would be more than happy to help in any way. We found each & every single employee treated us with warmth and kindness. We are truly looking forward to visiting again. Thank you Donna & Steve
