“Home away from home”
I recently stayed at the Carmel Inn on a business trip. I selected the hotel based on price and location. I was very, pleasantly surprised. I’ve had a wonderful stay. The owners, Greg and Rhonda Gaubert, and their staff, have made me fill right at home. Being on the road a lot is tough, but staying there was great. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. They have a nice pool, and a well-equipped workout room. They actually have a full, hot breakfast, unlike most hotel’s continental breakfast. They even have a complimentary dinner on Monday-Thursday nights. The shrimp etoufee was so good. Greg and Rhonda were very helpful in telling me about the area, and interesting things to do. I would definitely recommend staying there.
