“Great Experience in Thibodaux”
I was very pleased with the service I received at Carmel Inn and Suites on Thursday evening, April 3rd.
I needed a room for an out-of-town guest and Gerard Laverne assisted me on the phone in booking my reservation. He was professional and courteous in his assistance. Anthony Lauricella helped me with the check-in on Thursday evening of my guest. He was prepared for the guest’s arrival and was efficient in gathering the necessary information. He was polite and helpful in giving information about the breakfast hours and check-out times, as well as giving directions to the room. Both Gerard and Anthony facilitated in making the Carmel Inn and Suites a pleasant experience. The out-of-town guest said the hotel services and sleep quality of the room was exceptional.
